Requirements

Current Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (CHT) credential through the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology (NBDHMT).
Current Hyperbaric Safety Director designation.
Strong knowledge of hyperbaric medicine, chamber operations, patient safety, and clinical education.
Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across various locations.
Must complete and pass required medical screening, background checking and drug test.

This role requires a highly flexible professional who is comfortable traveling to support center operations, start-up activities, and clinical coverage needs.
Travel may be required up to 85% of the time throughout Georgia and Florida.

Responsibilities

Provide hyperbaric program oversight and consultation for assigned wound care and hyperbaric centers.
Travel extensively to support new center launches, staff onboarding, and ongoing operational needs.
Deliver comprehensive hyperbaric safety, physiology, and equipment training for clinical teams and physicians.
Serve as a Hyperbaric Safety Director resource and provide coverage when needed.
Conduct hyperbaric chamber system orientations and competency validations.
Act as a preceptor and mentor for hyperbaric and wound care staff.
Collaborate with Program Directors and senior leadership to drive operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate resources and support efficient expense management.
Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
Provide direct hyperbaric technologist coverage in centers as needed.
Foster a positive, high-performing work environment focused on exceptional patient care.
