The Regional Human Resources Leader is a field-based role responsible for executing core HR strategies while partnering with operational leaders to drive workforce performance, safety, engagement, and stability across a defined region. This role balances hands-on HR execution with forward-looking, business-aligned thinking, ensuring that plans translate into results at the field level. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable resolving day-to-day HR issues as they are anticipating workforce needs, improving retention, supporting workforce development, and leveraging data to drive better outcomes.
