About The Position

CKS Packaging is a growing manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence, employee development, and a strong, people-first culture. They are seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across four plant locations in Brownsville, TN, Kansas City, MO, and Urbana, IL, while directly overseeing on-site HR Representatives at each facility.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel regularly between plant locations

Nice To Haves

Prior experience supporting multiple locations or in a regional HR role strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop HR Representatives at each plant location
Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all facilities are being followed
Partner with plant managers and leadership teams
Oversee employee relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws
Guide and support recruiting efforts for all plant roles
Payroll administration, benefits enrollment and maintenance
Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, retention) and drive improvement initiatives
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee development programs
Lead performance management processes, succession planning, and talent development
Support benefits administration and policy development
Promote a positive employee culture and high levels of engagement across all plants
Partner with safety and operations teams to reinforce a strong safety culture
