About The Position

The Regional Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. The Regional HR Manager will also provide interpretive advice on company policies and government policies while monitoring and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, department budgets, and company policies and procedures. This position will also be required to advise managers on human resources policies and procedures as needed. This position will require some travel and have oversight to multiple plants. The successful candidate must be located in the Midwest, East, or Southern United States. U.S. Silica is a leading producer of industrial minerals essential to modern life.
