Human Resources Regional Director

Blue Compass RVPhoenix, AZ
Hybrid

About The Position

Blue Compass RV is the fastest-growing RV dealer group in the country, with over 100 dealerships and counting. This role is for a Regional HR Director who treats urgency as a mindset, not a deadline. It is a field leadership role for someone who wants to be in the stores, in the market, and in the room where decisions are made, protecting the business and the people in it. The ideal candidate brings urgency without anxiety, energy that people can feel, is agile by default, and can hold both the company's best interests and the need to protect it (legally, financially, reputationally) at the same time. This position is responsible for the HR strategy and execution for stores across Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. The role reports into senior leadership as a strategic partner, shaping how the company staffs, retains, develops, and protects its people across a fast-moving, multi-state footprint. Expect to be on the road up to 80% of the time, as this role is energized by being in stores rather than behind a desk.
