About The Position

As our Regional HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR leadership across your assigned region while collaborating daily with remote HR partners (Payroll and Recruiting). You will play a key role in: Performance management and succession planning Employee relations and conflict resolution Manager coaching and training Policy development and compliance Driving employee engagement initiatives Strengthening HR processes across the business This is a growth-oriented role in an organization where everyone contributes, including administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Manager experience
  • Strong HR systems experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP highly desired
  • Canadian HR experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive and regional leaders to execute human capital strategies aligned with business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership
  • Oversee performance review cycles and succession planning
  • Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and reasonable accommodations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Conduct annual review of policies and HR practices
  • Deliver fair, business-aligned outcomes that support a respectful culture
  • Design and deliver manager training and new manager orientation
  • Lead new hire orientation programs
  • Develop learning and development initiatives
  • Drive engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction programs
  • Collaborate across remote HR teams to streamline processes
  • Improve HR systems, procedures, and compliance programs
  • Maintain knowledge of employment law trends and HR technologies
  • Lead special projects and change initiatives
