The Regional Human Resource Manager is responsible to plan, administer, and coordinate all human resource management activities for Fresh Thyme Market to maximize the strategic use of human resources. This position is a business partner with store and regional leadership to ensure that the assigned stores sustain an environment where each team can maximize their individual and team performance. Leads and implements proactive, effective and consistent delivery of Human Resource solutions, programs and services and maintain functions such as employee relations, performance management, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. This includes active partnership and collaboration to build strong store teams, identify gaps and present solutions, implementation and assessment of human resource activity. Additionally, the role investigates team member concerns and seeks to resolve employee relations issues or violations while addressing root-cause issues. Regional HR Manager will support Detroit and surrounding markets including Indianapolis, St Louis, Pittsburgh, and Toledo. Travel to these markets is required. Frequency 30-50%.
