About the Role As our Regional HR Manager , you will provide comprehensive HR leadership across your assigned region while collaborating daily with remote HR partners (Payroll and Recruiting). You will play a key role in: Performance management and succession planning Employee relations and conflict resolution Manager coaching and training Policy development and compliance Driving employee engagement initiatives Strengthening HR processes across the business This is a growth-oriented role in an organization where everyone contributes , including administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Manager experience
  • Strong HR systems experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and implement new HR technologies

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP highly desired
  • Canadian HR experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership Partner with executive and regional leaders to execute human capital strategies aligned with business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership
  • Oversee performance review cycles and succession planning
  • Employee Relations & Compliance Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and reasonable accommodations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Conduct annual review of policies and HR practices
  • Deliver fair, business-aligned outcomes that support a respectful culture
  • Talent Development & Engagement Design and deliver manager training and new manager orientation
  • Lead new hire orientation programs
  • Develop learning and development initiatives
  • Drive engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction programs
  • Operational Excellence Collaborate across remote HR teams to streamline processes
  • Improve HR systems, procedures, and compliance programs
  • Maintain knowledge of employment law trends and HR technologies
  • Lead special projects and change initiatives
