About The Position

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with a variety of business leaders in our Process Solutions business unit, including those driving Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, Strategy and Business Operations, and our three unique Franchises, to provide expert guidance on HR policies, programs, and practices. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach to enhance workforce engagement and drive organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the United States.
  • Must be US based.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business and Franchise Leaders to understand their business needs and develop tailored HR strategies to support their objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee lifecycle events, performance management, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.
