About The Position

The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for providing HR consultation and support to a designated region of operating companies to define and execute HR strategies that enable the successful implementation of People pillar objectives. This is a remote role based in the greater Chattanooga region (drivable from Nashville, Atlanta, or similar), with in-person visits to the office a few times per quarter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to be flexible, as needed, to work hours in various time zones across the US. Core, normal hours will be based in CST.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional leadership on day-to-day Operations and long-term strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assists in the development of our foundational people strategies and approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and team member engagement.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a culture of openness, learning and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Serves as the HR point of contact and Strategic Partner for team members at assigned partner companies. Answers team member's questions and helps team members navigate various aspects of HR, including but not limited to, fully utilizing Workday HRIS and benefits enrollment.
