JOB POSTING #2088: Regional HR Business Partner, Southwest (remote role)
About The Position
This is a remote role for a growing company seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to help build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model, getting HR out into the field. The role will provide the full range of HR support to over 600 employees across more than 60 locations in AZ, NV, UT, CO, and NM. The HR Business Partner will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the region and will work closely with business leaders, coaching and advising them on talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, and other HR functions. This is a hands-on, as well as strategic, role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations.
- Strategic and hands-on mindset.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Excellent at building relationships with employees at all levels.
- Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset.
- Must be based out of Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Salt Lake City, UT, Denver, CO, Santa Fe, NM or Albuquerque, NM.
- Must be able to travel up to 25-40% of the time overnight throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Provide the full range of HR support to 600+ employees in 60+ locations throughout AZ, NV, UT, CO, and NM.
- Serve as the front-line/main point of contact for all things HR for the region.
- Work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on all things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc.).
