JOB POSTING #2090: Regional HR Business Partner, Central (remote role)
About The Position
This is a remote role for a growing company looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help them build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model, getting HR out in the field. The role will provide the full range of HR support to over 600 employees in more than 50 locations throughout AL, AR, KS, MS, MO, NE, OK, and TN. The HR Business Partner will be the front-line/main point of contact for all HR-related matters for the region and will work closely with business leaders, coaching and advising them on talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, and other HR-related topics. This is a hands-on, as well as strategic, role.
Requirements
- 3+ years of broad and deep HR Business Partner/HR Generalist experience supporting employees in multiple locations.
- Strategic and hands-on mindset.
- Strong employee relations experience.
- Excellent at building relationships with employees at all levels.
- Self-starter with a creative/innovative mindset.
- Must be able to travel up to 25-40% of the time, including some overnight travel, throughout the region.
Responsibilities
