About The Position

The "Life-Hacker" Route (Friday – Tuesday) Job Title: Regional Hazmat Driver (Class A/B) – $30/HR, Paid Hotels & Benefits! Location: Sacramento, CA Yard (Travel route to Fernley, NV) Pay & Perks: $30.00 / Hour + Per Diem + Company-Paid Hotel + 100% Paid Benefits Love the open road but hate sleeping in a truck cab? The Route & Schedule (Escape the Crowds): Schedule: Friday through Tuesday | 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM Start Time. Your Days Off (Wednesday & Thursday): Say goodbye to crowded grocery stores, fully booked golf courses, and burning PTO for doctor's appointments. Having mid-week days off means you get to enjoy your free time and handle life's business while everyone else is stuck in an office. Plus, driving a rig over the weekend means significantly less commercial traffic on the highway. The Travel Perks: Dispatching out of Sacramento to Fernley, NV, you will spend 3 nights out of town per week. Leave the sleeping bag at home! We pay for your Hotel Room (a hot shower and a real bed) and give you a daily Per Diem for your food. The Drive: Starting between 3 and 5 AM means wide-open roads. You get to cruise up I-80 and over Donner Pass before the nightmare daytime traffic and RVs hit the mountains. Requirements

Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brakes Endorsements required.
Clean DMV driving record and comfort with mountain driving.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and handle the active duties of wet-hose delivery.
TWIC Card (Must have currently or be able to obtain within 3 months—we can help!).

Responsibilities

Safely transport fuel and execute specialized wet-hose delivery (diesel, unleaded, propane) to heavy equipment and generators on-site.
Operate our semi-trucks safely in compliance with all state and federal DOT laws.
Manage delivery documentation (invoices, shipping bills of lading) and provide elite customer service.
Facilitate routine service checks on trucks (oil, water, air).
