About The Position

Paschal Home Services is seeking an entrepreneurial Regional General Manager to lead, scale, and grow its Central Arkansas market. This role is for a proven operator who wants to build a business for the long term, valuing ownership, teamwork, camaraderie, and culture, while driving performance and accountability. The Regional General Manager will run the business with full accountability for growth, profitability, people, and customer experience, building market share in a competitive home services market. This role involves partnering directly with executive leadership to shape strategy, expansion, and long-term regional success, leading multiple locations and disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, electric) with autonomy and influence.

Requirements

  • Proven multi-location operator with strong P&L ownership experience.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess market opportunities, build partnerships, and influence results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, not a caretaker.
  • Data-driven, decisive, and comfortable leading through change.
  • Strong people leader with a track record of building and holding leaders accountable.
  • Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electric) or a similar multi-trade environment.
  • Demonstrated success growing market share or leading operational scale-ups/turnarounds.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational discipline.
  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies to increase brand presence and customer demand.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market penetration.
  • Support new location launches and acquisition integration.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locations.
  • Establish and enforce operational standards, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Analyze performance data and implement corrective actions quickly.
  • Drive efficiency through process improvement, technology adoption, and talent optimization.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing General Managers and department leaders.
  • Create bench strength and succession plans across the region.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top leadership and operational talent.
  • Lead with accountability while fostering engagement, ownership, and a performance-driven culture.
  • Partner with Marketing on local brand awareness and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales to align staffing, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
  • Serve as a key voice for the Central Arkansas market within the executive leadership team.
