About The Position

The Regional Manager is responsible for the planning and directing of all activities and employees within the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
  • 5-7 years industry experience.
  • 3-5 years leadership experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Attends annual board meetings.
  • Attends/managers elections.
  • Creates and utilizes budgets.
  • Responsible for the delivery and review of financial reports.
  • Inspects and approves staff work performance.
  • Demonstrates leadership and training to staff.
  • Manages vendor relations.
  • Creates and monitors expense reports.
  • Reviews and processes invoices.
  • Audits and year end reporting.
  • Federal tax return filing.
  • Corporate annual reports.
  • Transition of new accounts.
  • Insurance renewals.
  • Inventory of assets/asset management.
  • Ensure OSHA safety standards are met.
  • Real estate leasing and sales.
  • Operate region within budgetary constraints.
  • Create daily, monthly, seasonal, and annual plans for continued growth.
  • This position manages employees and management within the region.
