Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for your region, aligning plant operations with company goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of plant performance, from production and quality control to logistics and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and reliability at every step.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop plant leaders and staff, building a collaborative, high-energy environment where everyone can thrive.
• Promote a safety-first mindset, ensuring all operations meet or exceed regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders, representing SRM Concrete with integrity and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology adoption, and sustainable practices that set your region apart.
