As a Regional Fleet Strategist, you will play a critical role in maximizing the profitability, utilization, and lifecycle performance of SIXT's fleet across your assigned region. You will combine analytics, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to optimize vehicle placement, acquisition, utilization, and defleet strategies while partnering closely with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Remarketing teams. You manage and optimize the regional fleet plan, ensuring the right vehicles are available in the right locations to maximize utilization, revenue, and profitability. You maintain and continuously refine rolling fleet forecasts, balancing acquisition, utilization, transfer, and defleet decisions across your assigned region. You analyze market trends, demand patterns, fleet performance, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. You collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Remarketing teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives and market conditions. You evaluate fleet placement, one-way activity, vehicle transfers, and lifecycle performance to maximize total asset value throughout the vehicle lifecycle. You develop reporting, forecasting models, and strategic recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
