About The Position

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting (2) seasoned, highly skilled Regional Fleet Growth & Commercial Tire Performance Directors to join one of our valued client partners. This full-time onsite leadership opportunity is designed for an accomplished commercial tire sales professional with a proven history of leading regional sales organizations, expanding fleet partnerships, and driving sustained revenue growth throughout a multi-location service network. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for commercial tire sales operations, develop high-performing sales teams, strengthen relationships with regional and national fleet customers, and execute growth initiatives that improve profitability, customer retention, and market expansion. This role requires a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable coaching field sales professionals, managing key commercial accounts, and developing long-term regional business strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial tire sales experience.
  • Minimum two (2) years of regional sales leadership or sales management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial fleet accounts and B2B customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial tires, fleet maintenance programs, retreading services, and commercial vehicle operations.
  • Proven experience developing sales strategies that produce measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance of Santa Fe Springs, California.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience leading multi-location commercial tire or fleet service sales organizations.
  • Experience managing regional or national fleet accounts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial transportation, logistics, construction, municipal, waste, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Experience with commercial tire retreading, emergency roadside service, and preventative fleet maintenance programs.
  • Demonstrated success implementing CRM best practices, sales analytics, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience developing high-performing sales cultures through coaching and accountability.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
  • Stable career progression demonstrating increasing leadership responsibilities and measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial tire sales operations across multiple branch locations within an assigned region.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop outside sales representatives and commercial account managers.
  • Build long-term relationships with fleet operators, transportation companies, logistics providers, municipalities, and commercial vehicle operators.
  • Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing fleet partnerships.
  • Conduct field coaching, ride-along, performance reviews, and sales development sessions.
  • Develop pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer retention initiatives that support profitable growth.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, forecasting, pipeline activity, and key performance metrics.
  • Partner with branch leadership, service managers, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer service and execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer buying behavior, and regional opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, quoting consistency, sales reporting, and compliance with company standards.
  • Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
