About The Position

Take your passion mixed with your expertise & education in fitness to develop the most elite coaches in the industry! THIS POSITION REQUIRES PREVIOUS ORANGETHEORY, MULTI-UNIT FITNESS EXPERIENCE. As a Regional Fitness Manager, you will be a constant example of peak level Orangetheory coaching and an integral piece of the development of your Head Coaches. You will think like an owner, providing expertise and insight on studio metrics, and understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training. You will host workshops, onboard new coaches, help coaches, head coaches and our members set and achieve goals, and facilitate regional coaching events & evaluations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge to educate your region's elite coaches
  • Multiunit managerial experience
  • 5+ years of health, wellness and fitness industry experience
  • AED/CPR certified
  • Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
  • Ability to travel within the __ Region

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Orangetheory experience
  • Multi-unit fitness experience
