About The Position
Our client is a global electronics services business focused on repair, refurbishment, lifecycle management, and circular economy solutions. The business is currently expanding through acquisition and operational growth, and this role has been created to support the financial control and integration of newly acquired businesses, alongside driving consistency and performance across multiple North American sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- Prior experience in a multi-site or multi-entity controllership role
- Experience supporting acquisition integration or new business onboarding
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls
- ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills required
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, services, or asset-intensive environments preferred
- Private equity or high-growth environment experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple sites in line with US GAAP
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Consolidate regional financial results and provide insights to senior leadership
- Partner with site leaders to analyse performance and drive operational improvements
- Standardise financial processes, systems, and reporting across all locations
- Lead financial integration activities for newly acquired businesses
- Support ERP alignment, reporting structures, and control framework implementation
- Manage and develop shared services / offshore accounting teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and profitability initiatives
- Assist with executive and board-level reporting
