About The Position

The role of Regional Finance Manager - Restaurants and Resorts is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a division or portfolio of locations within Levy. Partnering with the Operations leaders to deliver value through accurate and effective financial management including accounting, planning, reporting, and continual improvement.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in a related role involving P&L management and analysis – FP&A, Corporate Finance, Operations Finance
Accounting experience preferred; CPA not required
Hospitality experience preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee strategic planning and budgeting process to ensure accuracy and effective management.
Oversight of the divisional operations finance function – line managing the divisional finance leaders.
Supporting business improvement and development from a financial management perspective.
Establishing and maintaining KPI metrics for all members of the divisional finance leaders.
Partner with divisional operations leadership to ensure sound financial management of the organization.
Utilize data and insight to identify opportunities for financial optimization.
Oversee the creation and implementation of divisional financial improvement initiatives.
Continual development, engagement, and growth of divisional finance team members.
Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of operational finance data to inform operational decision making.
Cross-functional collaboration with other teams to implement programs and follow process.
