A.O. Smith is a global leader in innovative technologies and energy-efficient solutions for water heating and water treatment products. This role is a primary function of regional field service management, involving alignment with regional sales managers to provide localized service support, customer site visits, defusing tense situations, application evaluations, managing contracted service provider relationships and recruitment, on-the-job training for service providers, product start-up and commissioning, field conversions, acting as a liaison with quality and engineering regarding product issues, supporting manufacturing and product engineering in the field, and contributing to new product development and reliability projects. This position requires up to 80% travel to support the assigned territory.
