As a Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) at Shook Construction, you’ll lead the charge in building safe, high-performing, high‑quality projects across your region. From delivering clean water to building facilities that are the backbone of our communities, your work will make a real difference in how people live, learn, heal, and work. RFOMs guide and support field leadership and skilled trade professionals, elevating quality, performance, safety, efficiency, and schedule management. You’ll build strong client relationships that earn trust and ensure a great experience. RFOMs support preconstruction and business development through project execution strategy and proposal-development support. You’ll also play a key part in developing our people by recruiting, mentoring, and growing the next generation of field leaders.
