United Therapeutics (UT) is a publicly-traded biotech company with a public benefit purpose to provide a brighter future for patients through the development of novel pharmaceutical therapies and technologies that expand the availability of transplantable organs. Founded in 1996, UT has developed six FDA-approved therapies for rare diseases like pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD), and neuroblastoma. The company is also working on manufactured organs to address the shortage of transplantable organs. The Regional Field Director, Therapy Access is responsible for leading an assigned region of the UT Therapy Access customer-facing team. The primary objective is to manage daily operations of a team of regional field-based Therapy Access Managers (TAMs) across geographically aligned regions. This role will also be responsible for cross-covering to support HCP requests for support on an as needed basis. The TAM team provides reimbursement education to the UT franchise in a consistent and compliant manner.
