About The Position
Regional Facilities Manager – Senior Services Multi-State (MA, NH, VT) | 💰 $100K–$120K This Role Owns the Environment That Enables Care. Requirements
- 5–7+ years in facilities management
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and building systems
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations and vendors
- You take ownership, move fast, and deliver results
Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-site facility operations across New England
- Drive regulatory compliance (OSHA, CMS, HUD, DPH)
- Manage vendors, contracts, and cost performance
- Lead capital projects, renovations, and space planning
- Build and enforce preventative maintenance programs
- Respond to critical facility needs and emergencies
