About The Position

JLL is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Regional Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of properties. This role involves strategic leadership, cultivating exceptional workplace experiences, building client relationships, and using data to drive decisions. The ideal candidate will deliver seamless operations, inspire innovation, and manage large-scale projects aligned with client goals of excellence and sustainability. Experience with commissioning and decommissioning facilities is highly desirable. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in complex facilities, implementing innovative solutions, and managing multi-million-dollar initiatives while maintaining an exceptional workplace experience for our client.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in real estate management, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and workplace experience.
  • Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Adept at using data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of facilities initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Facilities service provider experience (preferred).
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience commissioning & decommissioning facilities is highly desirable.
  • Facilities Management Certifications (IFMA CFM, FMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust-based relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Manage a 1-2 million square foot portfolio, developing and executing strategies to maximize value and align with client objectives.
  • Create an inspiring and engaging workplace by designing and overseeing on-site services, amenities, and programs.
  • Leverage data analytics and reporting to gain insights into facility performance, optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the workplace experience.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of facilities professionals.
  • Oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, janitorial, and utilities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead/coordinate the operation and maintenance of advanced building systems and champion sustainability initiatives.
  • Leverage technology to enhance facility operations and workplace experience, exploring and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure all operations and projects meet safety, health, and regulatory compliance standards, implementing emergency response and business continuity plans.
  • Own the budget, ensuring KPIs are met, understanding variances, forecasting, and developing savings initiatives.
