About The Position

Synovo Robotics sells, deploys, and services autonomous commercial cleaning and delivery robots across 48 states. We support customers field technicians and a 24/7 remote operations center, offering Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS), direct purchase, and lease options. Headquartered in Colorado, we're growing fast and building out dedicated regional coverage. We're looking for a hunter to own the Upper Midwest territory — Minnesota, Iowa, and surrounding states (Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Nebraska). This is a sales-first role: roughly 75% of your time goes to prospecting, demoing, and closing new business. You'll be backed by our field technician network and remote operations center for heavy-lift service work. This is a role for someone who wants to turn energy into income. Uncapped commission on every robot you place and every recurring RaaS dollar you bring in — the harder you work the territory, the more you make.
