About The Position
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Executive Director to manage and lead Assisted Living communities. This role is responsible for achieving targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing employees, ensuring services exceed customer needs and expectations, and overseeing day-to-day activities. The position requires 100% travel to communities in the Illinois and Indiana territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of three years of experience in an operational setting
- Prior sales experience
- High level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be willing to travel 100% to communities in the Illinois and Indiana territory
