About The Position

As our Regional EHS Manager, you are the ultimate protector of our people and our planet. You’ll be the "Safety North Star" for multiple facilities, ensuring we remain the gold standard in the solid waste industry. You’ll drive a "Safety First" mindset across several sites. You're a coach, an influencer, and they are not compliance officers. You’ll conduct high-level site inspections and audits. You’ll identify risks before they become issues and turn "we’ve always done it this way" into "we’re doing it the safest way." When things go sideways, you’re the lead detective. You’ll perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions so we never make the same mistake twice. You’ll stay ahead of the curve on OSHA, DOT, and local regulations. You ensure our facilities are not just compliant, but exemplary. You’ll develop and deliver engaging, high-impact safety training programs that actually stick. No boring slide decks allowed!

Requirements

5–7+ years in the EHS field, ideally within the industrial, waste management, or logistics sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related science-heavy field.
Ability to travel up to 70%.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.
