Under the general direction of the Postsecondary Readiness Manager, the Regional Dual Credit Coordinator will assist the College and Career Pathways team with daily operations of the across all areas of dual credit/concurrent enrollment; coordinate with K12 district and higher education staff to identify and map regional dual credit pathways; lead or co-lead workgroups and professional learning communities around dual credit pathways; develop professional materials in alignment with districts, Institutions of Higher Education (IHE)s, and workforce partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder who can effectively facilitate partnerships across K–12 schools, higher education, workforce, and community organizations. They are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and projects, and skilled at translating complex dual credit, pathway, and data information into practical tools and guidance for partners, educators, students, and families. This individual is passionate about increasing postsecondary readiness and expanding equitable college and career opportunities for all youth across Southwest Washington. This is grant-funded position, currently funded through August of 2028.
