About The Position

Bayer Built Woodworks Inc. is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Regional Driver to pick up and deliver for-hire freight and Bayer Built products to customers throughout the Upper Midwest. The role is intended for experienced CDL drivers who value flexibility, take pride in their work, and provide excellent customer service. Drivers operate company vehicles and deliver to or pick up from customer and vendor locations. The position is full-time, averages 30–40 hours per week, and has varying days and schedules based on business needs. Pay is $34–$35 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

At least 2 years of CDL driving experience.
Valid Class A CDL.
Current DOT Medical Card.
Must be at least 25 years old.
Strong navigation, time management, and communication skills.
Flexibility to work varying days and schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
Deliver and/or pick up Bayer Built products and for-hire freight from customer and vendor locations.
Unload deliveries and verify them accurately with customers.
Maintain proper load security at each stop.
Complete delivery-related paperwork accurately and on time.
Use electronic logging systems (E-Logs) to maintain compliance.
Represent Bayer Built professionally and with a customer-first attitude.
