About The Position

Merakey seeks a mission-driven and experienced nonprofit Regional Director skilled in successfully executing strategic plans and empowering high performing staff to support the daily operations of community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH programs located in Escondido, CA. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; must have no less than 4 years' experience in the IDD or behavioral health field with, at a minimum: Two years of experience in a mental health setting, or Two years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Must have at least two years of program management experience, community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH experience
• RBT Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Certification required.
• Valid CA Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members to ensure high levels of fidelity to the model and maintain the Merakey mission.
• Responsible for coordination and execution of service/operational delivery of activities to maintain full compliance with regulatory and organization requirements.
• Accountable for ensuing compliance with payors through contract interpretation and payor requirements.
• Leads all QI initiatives and outcome reporting.
• Understanding Title 17 and Title 22.
• Provides coverage for Program Administrator when off or position is vacant.
• Supports the daily operations of community residential experience and IDD/DDS/CCL/Regional Center and/or EBSH programs.
