Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals. Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $225,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $180,000 - $270,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 30% Bonus Target. Employment Logistics: The Regional Director of Operations is accountable for the overall operations, financial performance, and staff leadership across an assigned market. This role oversees operational execution across multiple facilities, ensuring quality outcomes for OnTrac, its customers, vendors, and employees. The Regional Director manages budget and cost center performance, aligns productivity and revenue goals with organizational objectives, and builds the structure, processes, and action plans needed to support current operations and future growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years in outbound demand generation, ABM, or multi-channel B2B marketing
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and executing innovative marketing programs leveraging frontier technologies, including ABM platforms (Demandbase), marketing automation tools (Salesforce Account Engagement), and personalization engines (Optimizely).
  • Demonstrated use of marketing AI tools for personalization and optimization
  • Proven success managing budgets, agencies, and campaign operations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regional operations: Lead operations across assigned regions, ensuring facilities meet performance, quality, safety, and service expectations.
  • Own financial performance: Manage full budget and cost center responsibilities, reviewing activities, costs, and operations to optimize spend, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Set metrics and action plans: Establish performance metrics, organizational structure, employee engagement plans, and action steps to support regional goals.
  • Align strategy and growth: Connect productivity and revenue goals to the broader organizational plan, creating processes and structures that support current operations and projected growth.
  • Evaluate and improve performance: Regularly review regional results and revise plans, processes, and priorities to meet business objectives.
  • Lead safety and employee welfare: Maintain accountability for employee safety and welfare across the region, reinforcing safe operating practices and expectations.
  • Build customer relationships: Work directly with customers and represent OnTrac professionally to build, establish, and maintain strong customer partnerships.
  • Develop regional leaders: Mentor, coach, train, and support General Managers, direct reports, and operations staff while managing performance and building leadership capability.
  • Promote an engaging culture: Foster teamwork, empower others, and promote a positive work environment built on respect and dignity.
