About The Position

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish. Prior early childhood education experience is not required. We welcome experienced multi-site leaders who have demonstrated success developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experiences. This role requires approximately 80% travel within the region, with a strong on-site presence supporting school leaders and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5+ years of successful multi-site leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading and developing leaders across multiple teams, locations, or business units.
  • Strong operational, financial, and performance management skills.
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
  • A passion for developing people and creating meaningful impact in the communities you serve.
  • Candidates from education, healthcare, retail, hospitality, franchising, and other multi-unit service organizations are encouraged to apply.

  • Support educational excellence through effective implementation of curriculum and instructional practices.
  • Strengthen family engagement and community partnerships.
  • Develop leadership pipelines and attract, retain, and grow top talent.
  • Use data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and drive results.
