About The Position

GL Partners Management (GLPM) is growing across the Western United States, and we build relationships with strong regional leaders ahead of that growth so we are ready when the right opportunity opens in your market. Submitting your interest here places you in our Regional Director talent community. When a Regional Director position opens, a member of our team will reach out directly. GLPM is a people-first multifamily property management company that is Rooted in People, Built on Community. We believe home is where people feel seen, supported, and truly cared for, and that begins with the leaders who build and protect that experience across our communities every day. We're a boutique operator by design. The distance between a Regional Director and ownership at GLPM is short, decisions are made by people you will actually meet, and as our platform expands, so does the runway for the leaders who help build it. The Regional Director oversees the operations, performance, and people of a portfolio of communities. This is a strategic leadership role: you drive financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development across your region, while ensuring every community reflects GLPM's values and brand promise.
