About The Position

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a Regional Director for their Outpatient Centers in the Southeastern Virginia Region. This role involves overseeing multiple Area & Clinic Directors, managing patient care and clinic operations, and championing clinical excellence through monitoring outcomes, treatment protocols, and adherence to best practices. The Regional Director will support team development, manage accountability of Area & Clinic Directors, and drive growth through referral targets, KPIs, and financial metrics to align with company objectives. This position offers mentorship, individualized support, and autonomy within a collaborative and rewarding work environment.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state (Virginia).
5+ years of proven dedication and experience in a multi-site healthcare setting.
3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in outpatient care.
Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.
Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Area & Clinic Directors within an assigned region.
Champion Clinical Excellence by monitoring patient outcomes, treatment protocols, documentation quality, and adherence to best practices.
Support team development and manage accountability of the Area & Clinic Directors through same store growth activities, referral targets, KPIs, and financial metrics.
Ensure performance aligns with company objectives.
Lead the facilitation of Area & Clinic Directors’ success, providing mentorship and individualized support.
