GSK Oncology is seeking a Regional Director, Oncology Strategic Accounts to lead a team of regional Strategic Oncology Account Directors. This role involves shaping and executing GSK’s oncology strategy across health systems, cancer centers, and community oncology accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing their team to influence clinical and economic decision-makers, ensuring integrated brand, access, and account strategies that drive market-leading growth. The role requires leading all regional oncology strategic account activities, including decision-making, account planning, access strategy pull-through, and population-based decision-maker engagement. It also involves initiating, developing, and supporting the implementation of opportunities for company expansion in oncology, supporting brand volume and market share targets, and demonstrating a strong focus on account and region performance and long-term opportunities.
