About The Position

As a Regional Director you would be responsible for: We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, results driven Regional Director of Retail Marketing that will lead our Midwest North markets. Thorough understanding of the Timeshare/Vacation Ownership Industry matched with critical thinking, strategic planning abilities and strong team building are essential. This role will report to the Sr Director of Retail Marketing and will work to identify areas of improvement and implement processes and best practices to drive consistent results. The Retail Marketing RD will partner with Regional Sales and Marketing Leadership to forecast tour flow, analyze performance, increase tour quality and production with the goal of increased financial performance for each Business Unit. A key responsibility of the Retail Marketing Regional Director will be to build and retain a strong Regional Leadership Team. The ability for this leader to attract and retain top talent is a must in addition to effectively training and motivating all Retail Marketing Leaders.
