Strategic Partnership & Client Retention: Lead the development of high-impact client retention strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams. Client Experience (CX) Program Innovation & Execution: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive CX programs that enhance brand awareness, client engagement, and loyalty. Customer Journey & Lifecycle Strategy: Architect and oversee a data-driven, end-to-end customer journey strategy that optimizes touchpoints across the entire client lifecycle.
