Summary Hybrid from our Chicago corporate office The Director of Retail Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic vision, development, and execution of retail marketing initiatives across the James Hardie , TimberTech and AZEK Exteriors brands. This role will drive retail channel growth, strengthen brand presence, and deepen customer engagement across home improvement retailers including The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other key partners. This position requires a dynamic, results-oriented leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. The Senior Director will oversee retail marketing strategy, merchandising, digital retail programs, and omni-channel execution to maximize market share, category leadership, and profitability across both brands and will be accountable to achieving the revenue and profitability goals established.
