About The Position

SHERLOQ Solutions is seeking a high-performing Regional Director of Sales to personally drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across healthcare organizations within an assigned geographic region. This is a senior individual contributor, quota-carrying role responsible for selling SHERLOQ's revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions to hospitals, health systems, and physician groups. The ideal candidate is a consultative, results-driven sales professional with deep healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, a strong executive network, and the ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. You will own the full sales lifecycle within your territory, leveraging existing relationships, identifying and developing new executive-level relationships, managing a robust pipeline, structuring and proposing SHERLOQ's full suite of services, and consistently closing high-value deals. This role is critical to SHERLOQ's growth and requires a self-directed professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience (required)
  • Proven experience selling healthcare services or revenue cycle management solutions (strongly preferred)
  • Established network of healthcare or RCM leadership contacts in the Southeast or Midwest (strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end healthcare revenue cycle, particularly accounts receivable and revenue optimization
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and executive-level communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable operating independently with minimal direction

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing industry relationships while identifying and prospecting new opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
  • Build direct relationships with senior healthcare executives and key stakeholders, including CFOs, CROs, SVPs/VPs of Revenue Cycle, VPs of Patient Financial Services, VPs of Patient Accounts, as well as other operational, financial, and clinical leaders involved in revenue cycle strategy, purchasing decisions, or vendor selection
  • Develop and maintain referral and channel partnerships to expand territory reach and generate new opportunities
  • Own the full sales process, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover operational and financial pain points and align SHERLOQ's RCM solutions to client priorities
  • Independently manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and approval layers
  • Build, maintain, and accurately manage a strong opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
  • Provide accurate forecasting and sales activity reporting
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual individual revenue targets
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals and executive-level presentations
  • Structure tailored service offerings leveraging SHERLOQ's full RCM capabilities
  • Lead contract negotiations and close new business with minimal oversight
  • Represent SHERLOQ at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Stay current on healthcare revenue cycle trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to effectively position SHERLOQ's value proposition
