About The Position

At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we believe strong revenue strategy drives strong hotel performance. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Director of Revenue, North America, to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of 8 hotels. This is a high-impact regional leadership role for someone who understands that revenue management is not just about rates, restrictions, and reports—it is about shaping commercial strategy, improving market share, driving profitability, and helping hotel teams make smarter business decisions every day.
