About The Position

The Regional Director of Referrals will build a network of partnerships with law firms throughout their multi-state territory. This role will lead a team of 6-10 Referral Managers in multiple Metro Areas. The team will develop relationships with the lawyers, present our value proposition, educate them, and keep them up to date on the different service areas and opportunities Morgan & Morgan has to offer. The goal is to develop a strong book of business that will yield more cases for our firm. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, a coach and mentor, and have a passion for partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of building relationships in a B2B sales environment
  • Leadership and Management experience
  • Strong team development and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

  • Develop their teams goals every month and develop a plan of success for all
  • Hire new Referral Managers to build the team as needed
  • Remain engaged with all Active and Prospective accounts
  • Utilize oversight over their leads to ensure that they are being handled in the most effective manner
  • Organize all sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars
  • Create a pipeline of relationships in multiple states to develop leads
  • Remain engaged with all Accounts/Referral partners
  • Consistently beat expectations and goals
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
  • Travel to various territories to support and mentor Referral Managers (monthly)
