This role supports schools in the South Region and serves as the primary operational coach, strategist, and accountability partner for campus-based Dean of Operations (DOOs) and operations staff. The RDO ensures operational excellence across all schools by driving strong systems, compliance, enrollment execution, facilities readiness, and exceptional customer service. This leader partners closely with principals and network leadership to support school performance, regional growth, and organizational sustainability.
