Empower Aesthetics is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and elevate the performance of our practices across the Nashville region, Chattanooga, and additional geographic locations TBD! Position Overview As the Regional Director of Operations, you will lead the administrative performance of multiple medical spa locations, ensuring they thrive operationally, financially, and culturally. You'll work closely with practice management teams and corporate leadership to drive growth, streamline operations, and uphold our mission, vision, and values. This role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of leadership experience in multi-site operations (healthcare or retail preferred).
Proven ability to identify and lead growth opportunities.
Strong understanding of business success drivers, balancing patient and team satisfaction.
Leadership and ethical conduct
Strategic thinking and problem-solving
Financial and project management
Change management and decision-making
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
This role requires 60-80% travel across the Nashville region, Chattanooga, and additional geographic locations TBD! Flight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Contribute to operational budget planning and manage P&L responsibilities.
Champion Empower Aesthetics’ mission, vision, and values, fostering a professional and compassionate culture.
Implement innovative initiatives while maintaining seamless communication between locations and corporate leadership.
Drive operational success for both existing locations and new acquisitions.
Oversee administrative operations for regional locations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and financial performance.
Monitor and optimize resource utilization to meet patient and staff needs effectively.
Manage financial growth, labor, and clinical outcomes across locations.
Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and implement process improvements.
Assess regional strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for administrative staff in partnership with HR.
Invest in the development of Practice Managers, promoting high performance and engagement.
