About The Position

Parallel Management is looking for a Regional Director of Marketing for our senior living facilities. This position plays a key role in providing marketing support for our community leadership teams. Experience marketing at a senior living facility is a requirement.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing at a senior living facility
  • Have a dependable vehicle
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong knowledge of social media
  • 4 or more years of marketing in Health Care industry
  • 2 or more years managing HFA/AFC licensed communities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi preferred

Responsibilities

  • Explain senior living services to vendors, nursing agencies and potential clients
  • Knowledge of creating and driving sales culture at the communities with positive influence and attitude
  • Develop business development plan and assist the team in developing integral referral relationships in the communities
  • Review intakes
  • Follow up with referral sources.
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts
  • Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts to include, but not limited to, public relations, health fairs and community outreach
  • Knowledge of the competitors in the markets and understanding points of difference of our communities
  • Plan and develop company marketing and communication materials.
  • Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Intimate demographic knowledge of the market area.
