About The Position

Tulsa Welding School is seeking a driven, outgoing, and community-focused Regional Director of Community Outreach Services to introduce future students to skilled trades education. This role involves significant community engagement, building relationships with educational institutions, workforce organizations, employers, and community partners. The primary mission is to build meaningful relationships, create awareness, generate qualified prospective student leads, and connect them with the Admissions team. This is not a desk-bound role; it requires extensive travel and active participation in community events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred minimum two years’ experience in Admissions or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and of five years, related experience is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a Tulsa Welding School campus.
  • Ability to represent Tulsa Welding School with energy, professionalism, authenticity, and purpose.
  • Ability to connect, drive, and leverage community relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, and day-to-day oversight for the Community Outreach Services team within the assigned region.
  • Develop and execute regional community outreach strategies that increase awareness of Tulsa Welding School and StrataTech Education Group programs and services.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Community Outreach Representatives to ensure consistent execution of outreach initiatives and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high schools, school districts, workforce development organizations, community partners, and local businesses to expand community engagement and create lead-generation opportunities.
  • Ensure representatives effectively execute classroom presentations, career fairs, community events, campus events, and other outreach activities that promote the organization’s programs and services.
  • Oversee territory planning and outreach scheduling to maximize community coverage and lead generation opportunities.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of leads generated by the Community Outreach Services team and ensure timely handoff to campus admissions teams.
  • Partner with campus admissions leadership to align community outreach efforts with campus recruitment objectives and enrollment needs.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities, community partnerships, and events that strengthen brand awareness and support organizational growth.
  • Ensure all Community Outreach Services activities are conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, accrediting agency requirements, organizational policies, and brand standards.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct by ensuring team members understand and adhere to all compliance requirements and organizational expectations.
  • Manage team schedules, field activities, performance discussions, and ongoing coaching to ensure effective execution of departmental objectives.
  • Prepare and communicate regular updates regarding outreach initiatives, community partnerships, and regional lead-generation activities.
