Charlie Health•United States, TN
•$125,000 - $165,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry, working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving behavioral health treatment. As a Regional Director, SUD Outreach, you will lead a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program across a state-wide or multi-state region. SUD represents our current major growth vertical, and you will be charged with building and running the regional playbook. You will manage and support the SUD Territory Managers who represent Charlie Health in the region, and you'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to define how we open and win in these markets. You and your team will shape how Charlie Health engages referral partners in key SUD settings such as detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations. You'll make sure these partners understand how our comprehensive SUD treatment and mental health programs support individuals on the path to recovery, and you'll obsess (in a healthy way) over ensuring that every SUD provider, patient, and family in your region is aware of Charlie Health's programs. This role is best suited for a leader who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up. You'll be granted an unparalleled level of responsibility while collaborating with sharp, spirited, ambitious, and mission-driven coworkers. In turn, you will drive field execution, develop your team, create accountability, use data and strategy to make decisions, and ultimately build a culture that consistently produces results. At Charlie Health, we believe in leading with our “why” and connecting with our purpose every day. Join us to find not only a career but a calling.
