About The Position

At Holon Health, we are rebuilding the healthcare system for justice-involved individuals with Substance Use and/or Mental Health Disorders, providing whole-person care that meets people where they are and builds pathways to long-term recovery. We are seeking a mission-aligned Regional Director of Community Partnerships in the West to drive strategic growth through partnerships with criminal justice agencies, treatment providers, and community organizations. This role is crucial for systems change, relationship-building, and implementing our evidence-based model of care in underserved areas. The Director will be responsible for developing partnerships, promoting Holon's value, and bringing new customers into our ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Committed to equity, inclusion, and people-first practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public health, or a related field.
  • Proven success in solution-based, business development and/or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple states up to 75% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Domain experience in justice, healthcare, SUD/MH treatment and government markets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Secure new referral partners with adult and juvenile justice agencies, SUD/MH treatment centers, recovery homes, emergency departments, social service organizations, and recovery advocacy groups.
  • Conduct research to identify key trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Own and drive a successful go-to-market strategy in a multi-state territory.
  • Represent Holon at industry events, conferences, and community networking opportunities.
  • Craft and deliver tailored messaging that resonates with prospective partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client needs inform ongoing service innovation.
  • Stay informed on legal, healthcare, and public health trends relevant to Holon’s mission.
  • Support a culture of equity and inclusion, both within Holon and in partner engagements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
