The Regional Director will be a member of the Out of School Time Programs Team (OSPT), collaborating with the Managing Director, two Regional Managers, and the 21st Century Family Engagement Specialist, to ensure support and a high-quality experience for 10 regional, campus-based Site Administrators. Additionally, the Director will plan, coordinate, and implement grant specific requirements related to the Quality Assurance Process (QAP), GRPA reporting, fiscal management per federal guidelines, and state meeting attendance. Functional responsibilities of the role also include coaching and developing staff, adhering to data tracking, recording and reporting deadlines, and other requirements as set forth by the district and funding entity. This is a full-time hybrid position located in the Rio Grande Valley. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate. Travel within the Region throughout the year as necessary.
